Dimensions, customs and review requirements

Longest side up to 100cm, three-side sum up to 160cm and minimum face 20×10cm. Actual and volumetric weight are checked; destination taxes and customs clearance charges require separate confirmation.

Up to 2 batteries or 4 cells per parcel; each cell up to 20Wh. Batteries must be installed in the device. Model, packaging and documentation require review.

Provide the model, battery Wh rating, parcel dimensions, declared value and destination postcode. Acceptance and complete charges require confirmation before dispatch.
